AGILITY CLASSES

Any breed or mixed breed can take agility classes. If you have never taken an agility class, you would sign up for Fundamentals, which is a 16-week class, running fall/ spring. Your dog must pass a basic obedience test demonstrating that you have control of your dog off leash and your dog knows basic obedience commands ("come, sit, stay").

AKC registered dogs and dogs with an ILP or PAL number may be entered in any AKC event. Beginning April 1, 2010, Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds and mixed breed dogs with an AKC Canine Partners listing number may be entered in standalone AKC events.
